Casing your vote in our Elections for the Board of Directors is one of the most important responsibilities we have as a community. The members we elect must be representatives of everyone; not just the few. These members are bound by fiduciary duty to act in the communities’ best interest with fair, consistent, honest, good-faithed governance, and act without malice.

As a homeowner myself, I believe in term limits. There are members on our current board that have held positions in one form or another for over 25 years. Additionally, the current CC&Rs and Bylaws are written in the same sense of discretionary intent by one or the few that have held these positions over the years. Thus, the rules only apply as they deem necessary when convenient, yet arbitrary when logic would prove otherwise. I encourage you to visit the HOA Suggested Amendment Proposals page. Here you will find my personal recommendations on what amendments and /or changes need to take place within the governing documents of our association.
