About the Community
The Merryfield Homeowners Community site is dedicated to enhancing community involvement, awareness, and open communication among residents. Our platform allows homeowners to address concerns, share ideas, and get involved as a community.
Located in Wilsonville, Oregon the Park at Merryfield community is nestled on the west side of the city just minutes from downtown and the Villabos development. Our community is fortunate to have the Graham Oaks Nature Park in our back yard providing year-round opportunities for walking, biking, and observing nature. With quick access to sport fields at Wood Middle School, or a walk through the dandelion patches on one of the many nature trails, there is no shortage of outdoor activities.
Why this site exists:
As a homeowner myself within this community, it’s important to be up to date on all aspects of our Neighborhood.
After moving into my home in 2023, I began to hear rumors about the governance of the HOA. Never having to deal with the Board of Directors, I didn’t give it any though.
Then, in January of 2024 at an annual meeting the true nature of the Board of Directors came to light. More information regarding this and other issues can be found under the Report It! tab.
The park at Merryfield is a wonderful place to live, but as with any large HOA there are issues that go unnoticed until it directly effects the homeowner.
This site is dedicated to bringing these issues to the surface and giving you the homeowner a voice.

Our mission is to create a collaborative environment, allowing homeowners to voice their idea, concerns, and contribute to community activities, fostering engagement and understanding among members.

Silence is not always bliss. We encourage you to get involved in any way you can. We understand life, and the rigors that go into each and every day. You should always feel that your home is YOUR home and not managed by an overzealous Association. Serve on a committee, talk with neighbors, or run for office. We can be the change together.
